THE thing that Christian and Jesse Perkins (also known as the Perkins Twins) want is to inspire the youth on how to deal with their challenges in life. With strong and solid social media presence of  more than 3000,000 followers, they believe that their movie “Kaibigan” can make a difference.

A family-oriented movie delves on the challenges, struggles, changes and the strong bonds of friendship among family and friends. It speaks of a beautiful journey towards personal transformation and restoration of relationship, especially that of the family.

It also tells the increase number of problems in Filipino youth. According to Dangerous Drugs Board, 65% of young Filipinos are dealing with drug addiction. As per the survey conducted in UP, 60% of Filipino youth are drinking alcoholic beverages. United Nations reported Philippines top list of the highest incidence rate of teenage pregnancy in Asia.
